Dedicated Entrepreneurs

Tropical Taffy® and Taffy Hour hires, trains, and pays young entrepreneurs.
Many teenagers need some part-time work, but not so much that their grades are compromised.  These same teens see the world as a business opportunity, but do not have the capital or experience to do it alone. We solve both of these issues for them.
We take young entrepreneurs,  give them taffy and provide them work.  They are building their own business and client base. So, not only do they get paid to work at the farmers' markets, events, and elsewhere, but they get long-term benefits from their e-commerce as well.  They can work for us beyond the Naples area, if feasible.  And, our policy is to pay our young entrepreneurs for an additional two years should they choose to move away or leave for college.  Odds are, they are here to stay with Tropical Taffy Naples even as they move about.
We now have 6 young entrepreneurs building their business and their future. You can meet our sales representatives as you scroll through this page. In addition to selling taffy and caramel, there seems to be continuous work behind the scenes.  Vlad Fomitchev, a junior at Community School of Naples, is our technology manager.  His future may be at M.I.T  Kat Britt is our product photographer. She is using every skill learned her photography classes over the past two years. Her pictures can be viewed in the weekly "Taffy Love" campaign.   Taylor Powers is our wedding coordinator.  Taylor is a highly skilled artist and naturally pays special attention to every detail related to the color, flavor, look of the taffy for wedding events and table decorations. The Tropical Taffy  young entrepreneurs work well together and collectively are working to grow their company.  Your order, by e-commerce, phone, or event location (calendar) is your vote to their success.
